VIRTUAL BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Glitzy Girlz has adapted it’s amazing entertainment to our new “normal” while adjusting to Stay at Home Orders for as needed.
*Please note, this is NOT replacing our onsite parties as soon as social distancing measures ease and we are allowed to host amounts in each phase*
Summer months are coming and a perfect time to have 10 guests or under in the backyard just as our common practice.
Our passion is to come party with you, so we can’t wait to come back in the near future.
WHAT IS A VIRTUAL BIRTHDAY PACKAGE?
Glitzy Girlz has made our guest entertainment into individual theme/activity kits~
All come individually packaged with all the supplies and original activities we do at your home.
We have TWO ways to BOOK a Virtual Party Package:
PACKAGE ONE
Glitzy Girlz Hostess runs the virtual meeting: $20.00 Additional Fee
Recommended for younger ages: 5 years old starting
In this option:
Our Glitzy Girlz Hostess will be on the virtual meeting from the start organizing, guiding and helping interaction among guests with instruction as if
we were there with you!
*All details with be arranged as our common booking procedure*
PACKAGE TWO
No Hostess
This is for more independent groups of older than 9- 10 years old or groups that do not want a hostess on the call to do together as a group with the birthday girl.
PRICING:
Under 5 kits: $20.00 Each
5 Kits or more: $18.00 Each
10 Kits or more: $15.00 Each
Credit, Debit & Cash Accepted
EVENT IDEAS: Host a Moms/Daughters Fun Event, Girl Scouts, Moms Group with Kids, Just-for-Fun Event
HOW DOES A VIRTUAL PARTY LOOK?
1) Order the # of Activity Kits you want for the guests on the list (Make sure you include birthday girl)
2) Create a Virtual Party Date & Time on Zoom, House Party to name a few. If Zoom, you will need to set up the meeting!
3) Put together an Evite or email to invite guests to the one of a kind celebration including all the details on Virtual meeting date, kit delivery/pick up info, etc.
We have an example set up for you to follow below. We can also provide you a picture of your kit!
4) Drop off or have guests pick up the party kits at your home and you’re ready to celebrate in your virtual party day & time!
HOW WE GET THE KITS TO YOU?
We will deliver kits locally or ship out for an additional fee. Porch Pick up in Palatine, IL. We ship to ANY state in the U.S.!
BOOKING INFO: Glitzy Girlz will be doing all bookings by phone. We will send an email contract with details. The payment is due at booking.
