Accessory Party. This event is
great for an end of year party
or just a fun yearly activity
for your troop. We will begin
our event with glamour
make-overs for each girl. The
girls will get hair extentions,
fairy dust, make-up application
and nail polish application. All
too sparkly and glittery! The
girls will also be designing and
decorating two great projects.
Our first one is a beautiful
beaded bracelet. Glitzy Girlz
will provide glass faceted
crystals in a large array of
colors and silver theme beads
and pattern beads. Our bracelet
is made on stretch cording for
easy assembling. Our other
activity is a wooden photo
frame. . The girls will decorate
with rubber stamps in fun
themes, alpha letters for
personalization, fabric paints
and fun embellishments like
jewels, hearts, flowers, stars,
butterflies and more.
A great project for a fab photo
to take at the fashion show from
the leaders. At the end of this
event we do a "red carpet
presentation." Each girl is
given a boa scarf and sunglasses
and we announce each girl with a
prop microphone in a fashion
walk set to music. A great
chance for leaders to snap a fun
photo of the troop of girls. We
provide all music and equipment
for the full event. A great
choice for your troop! Great way
to use your cookie profits and
celebrate!
Jeweler

We will be designing our very
own necklace, bracelet & zipper
dangle.. Glitzy Girlz will
provide beautiful faceted glass
crystals in a large array of
colors as well as silver accent
beads and pattern beads.. The
bracelets will be assembled on
stretch cording. Our other fun
activity will be designing and
decorating a wooden jewelry
chest with heart knobs. We will
provide mini stampers and alpha
letter stamps for
personalization. We also provide
vibrant glitter paints and fun
embellishments and jewels for
decorating. This is a meaningful
and useful event.
My Heritage

Create a Scrapbook & (2) What's
in a Name. Two choices in this
event. Each girl may make her
very own sentimental "Scrapbook
album" with assorted stamp
themes like family, friends,
pets & more. It is a five-page
album with a pretty cover page
and bound with rainbow satin
ribbon. Or you have a choice of
name projects. Each girl will
make their own beaded name
bracelet with silver letter
cubes and glass crystals along
with a personalized name plaque
or canvas banner to decorate
with alpha letter stamps, paints
& fun embellishments.
Making Hobbies
Cost per girl $15.00

Practice your craft, (8) Your
Own Gift Wrap & (9) Crafty Cash.
We will be choosing the hobby of
jewelry-making. Each girl will
make a necklace and bracelet
piece using faceted glass
crystal, silver theme beads,
pattern beads stretch cording &
a large variety of silver charms
to attach to your piece of
choice. We will touch on
patterns and design. This is a
great function to do around the
holiday season to make gifts for
people. If it is a holiday
function (Christmas, Hanukah,
Easter, Mother's Day..) we will
make our own gift wrap to
package the items. The last part
of this event Lisa DiMaggio will
explain how to make a business
and "crafty cash" out of this
unique hobby. I will explain how
to make a living out of a craft
business.
Doing Hobbies
Cost per girl: $15.00

Handmade especially for you. We
will be using our hobby to "do"
a gift for someone. The girls at
this event will make three
pieces of jewelry.. a necklace,
bracelet and zipper dangle..
They will be supplied silver
charms for their pieces and the
charms are specifically worded
"Made with Love" & "Just for
You." Glitzy Girlz provides
beautiful glass faceted crystals
in a large array of colors and
silver theme beads and pattern
beads. They have those sayings
on the charm and are perfect for
the badge requirement. One
jewelry item can be for the
scout to keep and the other is
given away to someone special
they made it for using their
hobby as jewelry-making. Perfect
for holiday functions &
Mother/Daughter Events.
Dance
Cost per girl: $15.00

to help with.. (10) Dance party.
This is our most high-energy and
fun functions! Glitzy Girlz
begins this event with their
signature make-overs. Each girl
will get hair extensions and
sparkle make-up application.
Each girl will then be making a
beautiful beaded bracelet with a
"dance " charm. We will provide
faceted glass crystals and
silver theme beads and pattern
beads.. The second activity will
be a canvas hobby bag perfect
for dance class or other after
school activities. We decorate
with stamps, alpha letters,
paints and glitzy
embellishments. The last part of
our event is the time to let
loose! We will run our dancing
section. We start out with the
"Hot Hot Hot" limbo competition
and then move on to the "Do the
Twist" hula hoop competition.
The girls then participate as a
group as we lead the "Cha Cha
Slide" dance. We end our dancing
with "Freeze Dance" karaoke
style. The girls can sing and
have a blast!. Glitzy Girlz
provides all music and supplies
for the entire event. This is a
must-do for your troop! Perfect
to use your cookie profits for a
super fun celebration.
Yarn and Fabric Arts
Cost per girl: $15.00
Hire us to help with.. (1) Dye
It. We will be using rubber
stamps & fabric dyes to design &
decorate a couple of adorable
fabric arts project. You can
choose from room banners, canvas
bags, CD cases, pencil cases,
bandanas and mini purses. We
provide a large assortment of
rubber stamps and fabric inks in
many assorted themes. We provide
fabric markers and
personalization. Paint and
embellishments accent the
projects and add glitz and glam.
Design and decorate up to three
projects to take home. A great
choice for your “crafty” group!
Spa Retreat
Cost per child: $15.00
Glitzy Girlz is offering this
event strictly for pampering and
rewarding your troop. It is not
designed to earn a try-out or
meet requirements. A great event
to use your cookie profits and
have a nice time with your troop
celebrating the year!
At this event we will have three
sections: Facials, Pedicures and
Manicures. Each girl will make
their own avacado/banana mask
and they will put on each other.
We provide fun hair wraps and
make for great photos!
As they sit with masks, each
girl will a beautiful crystal
bracelet with faceted glass
beads, pattern beads and retro
beads. We then begin our
Pedicure process where they will
soak, scrub, lotion and
disinfect. Glitzy Girlz will
polish and add nail art/gems. We
then begin our Manicure section
with scrub, cuticle oils, buff
and lotion. Glitzy Girlz will
polish and add nail art/gems. A
take home spa lotion is given to
each girl as a keepsake. Book
this function and your troop is
sure to relax and rewind after a
long school year!
